Guided Wine Tasting Experience
Discover the flavors, aromas, and stories behind our award-winning wines in a guided tasting led by one of our knowledgeable Wine Stewards. Enjoy a flight of six wines, learn about the winemaking process, and take home a souvenir wine glass - all for $20 per person. For a more casual visit with wine, food, and scenic vineyard views, book a Classic OYC Experience. You can also extend your stay by reserving a Classic OYC Experience 30 minutes after your tasting.

Classic OYC Experience - Table Reservation
The ideal way to experience Old York Cellars at your own pace with wine, food, and scenic vineyard views. ⏱ Your reservation is for two hours, with the option to do a self-guided tasting right at your table, order from our full Spanish-influenced menu, and choose wine by the glass, bottle, or a crafted wine cocktail. If you’re looking for a traditional tasting with our trained staff or a chef-curated wine and food pairing dinner, please book a Guided Wine Tasting or reserve our Signature Wine & Dine Experience featuring 5-Course or 14-Course Oma Casa menus in the Vista Room.
Cabana Village Experience
Sip, relax, and take in the vineyard views from our comfortably furnished cabanas – complete with cushioned couches, privacy curtains, and seasonal gas firepits to keep the chill away. Each cabana seats up to six (6) guests and is perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine, sharing bites from our Winery Food & Wine Menu, or simply soaking in the atmosphere.
Chef-Curated Wine Pairing Experiences
Savor chef-crafted dishes perfectly paired with Old York Cellars wines in a multi-course culinary journey. Choose from our 3-Course or 5-Course Wine Pairing Menus, or indulge in Chef José’s “Oma Casa” 14-Course Tapas Pairing Menu for the ultimate adventure. THE 5-COURSE AND 14-COURSE MENUS ARE PREPAID AND MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE, while the 3-Course menu may be enjoyed during regular dining hours. All Signature Wine & Dine Experiences are served indoors in our Vista Room, featuring a cozy fireplace and sweeping vineyard views.

Hunterdon Wine Express
All aboard the Hunterdon Wine Express — a one-of-a-kind journey that blends scenic rail travel, fine wine, and vineyard views. Your adventure begins at Old York Cellars Winery, where you’ll be welcomed by our Wine Ambassador before boarding an air-conditioned coach to the Ringoes station. From there, step back in time aboard the historic Black River & Western Railroad for a relaxing round-trip ride through the picturesque countryside of Hunterdon County. As the train rolls through rolling farmland and charming landscapes, our Wine Ambassador will guide you through the first two curated wine pairings, setting the tone for the indulgence ahead. After returning to the Ringoes station, you’ll head back to the winery for the next chapter of the experience — a guided Wine, Charcuterie, Cheese, and Chocolate tasting, followed by a leisurely winery lunch enjoyed with sweeping vineyard views. Perfect for date days, celebrations, or a memorable outing with friends, the Hunterdon Wine Express is an unforgettable way to sip, savor, and explore Hunterdon County. Get ready to laugh out loud under the lights of our Vineyard Tent. Host Helene Angley transforms our Vineyard Tent into a comedy hotspot, featuring a hand-picked mix of rising stars and seasoned comics with TV, movie, and stand-up special credits.
