Our Cabana Village Experience offers a relaxed, semi-private retreat overlooking the vines, complete with comfortable lounge seating and seasonal firepits. Whether you're celebrating with friends, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a unique winery experience, your cabana is the perfect place to enjoy Old York Cellars wines, share dishes from our Winery Food & Wine Menu, and take in the beauty of the vineyard. Each cabana accommodates up to six (6) guests and includes cushioned couches, privacy curtains, and seasonal gas firepits.

Chef José's Spanish-inspired cuisine meets Old York Cellars wines in a thoughtfully paired multi-course dining experience. Choose from our 3-Course or 5-Course Wine Pairing Menus, or reserve Chef José's “Oma Casa” 14-Course Tapas Pairing Menu for our most immersive food and wine experience. The 5-Course and 14-Course Tapas are offered after 4 PM, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays Please Note: The 5-Course and 14-Course Wine Pairing Menus are prepaid and must be reserved in advance. The 3-Course Wine Pairing Menu may be enjoyed during regular dining hours.

Hunterdon Wine Express

All aboard the Hunterdon Wine Express — a one-of-a-kind journey that blends scenic rail travel, fine wine, and vineyard views. Your adventure begins at Old York Cellars Winery, where you’ll be welcomed by our Wine Ambassador before boarding an air-conditioned coach to the Ringoes station. From there, step back in time aboard the historic Black River & Western Railroad for a relaxing round-trip ride through the picturesque countryside of Hunterdon County. As the train rolls through rolling farmland and charming landscapes, our Wine Ambassador will guide you through the first two curated wine pairings, setting the tone for the indulgence ahead. After returning to the Ringoes station, you’ll head back to the winery for the next chapter of the experience — a guided Wine, Charcuterie, Cheese, and Chocolate tasting, followed by a leisurely winery lunch enjoyed with sweeping vineyard views. Perfect for date days, celebrations, or a memorable outing with friends, the Hunterdon Wine Express is an unforgettable way to sip, savor, and explore Hunterdon County.
