Classic OYC Experience
The ideal way to experience Old York Cellars at your own pace with wine, food, and scenic vineyard views. ⏱ Your reservation is for two hours, with the option to do a self-guided tasting right at your table, order from our full Spanish-influenced menu, and choose wine by the glass, bottle, or a crafted wine cocktail. 🎵 On weekends, enjoy live music in our Vineyard Tent. If you’re looking for a traditional tasting with our trained staff or a chef-curated wine and food pairing dinner, please book a Guided Wine Tasting or reserve our Signature Wine & Dine Experience featuring 5-Course or 14-Course Oma Casa menus in the Vista Room.

Guided Wine Tasting Experience
Discover the flavors, aromas, and stories behind our award-winning wines in a guided tasting led by one of our knowledgeable Wine Stewards. Enjoy a flight of six wines, learn about the winemaking process, and take home a souvenir wine glass - all for $20 per person. For a more casual visit with wine, food, and scenic vineyard views, book a Classic OYC Experience. You can also extend your stay by reserving a Classic OYC Experience 30 minutes after your tasting.
Cabana Village Experience
Sip, relax, and take in the vineyard views from our comfortably furnished cabanas – complete with cushioned couches, privacy curtains, and seasonal gas firepits to keep the chill away. Each cabana seats up to six (6) guests and is perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine, sharing bites from our Winery Food & Wine Menu, or simply soaking in the atmosphere.
Signature Wine & Dine Experiences
Savor chef-crafted dishes perfectly paired with Old York Cellars wines in a multi-course culinary journey. Choose from our 3-Course or 5-Course Wine Pairing Menus, or indulge in Chef José’s “Oma Casa” 14-Course Tapas Pairing Menu for the ultimate adventure. THE 5-COURSE AND 14-COURSE MENUS ARE PREPAID AND MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE, while the 3-Course menu may be enjoyed during regular dining hours. All Signature Wine & Dine Experiences are served indoors in our Vista Room, featuring a cozy fireplace and sweeping vineyard views.
