Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups Old York Cellars Reserve Rosé
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • cherries and lemon peel, for garnish
Directions

Add the club soda and simple syrup into a small pan and pour the packets of gelatin over the top of the liquid. Allow the gelatin to bloom for two minutes, and then heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring often, until the gelatin is dissolved.

Pour into a medium size bowl. Add Old York Cellars Reserve Rosé and gin and stir to combine. 

Pour your mixture into martini glasses or short-stemmed champagne glasses, add in your cherry, and allow them to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
