Ingredients
  • 1 cup Old York Cellars -7 Degrees
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • berries (optional)
  • fresh basil (optional)
Directions

Combine the -7 Degrees wine and sugar in a plastic bowl and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the heavy cream and whip with a hand mixer until it becomes thick. Cover and place in the freezer about 4 hours. Serve with berries and fresh basil.
