Ingredients
- 12 ozs Cranberries, rinsed
- 1 cup Old York Cellars Spiced Apple Reserve Wine
- 1/2 cup Old York Cellars Honey
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled cored & chopped
- 1 Juice of One Orange
- 1 tsp Orange zest
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and bring to simmer for about 15 minutes until apple is tender.
Let cool and serve chilled.
