Nouveau wines are bottled shortly after the harvest and the wine is very young when it is traditionally uncorked. They are bright, young and fruity. The wines spent less time in contact with the skin of the grapes making them less tannic, one of the special qualities of Nouveau wines.

They are delicious shortly after bottling, perfect for Thanksgiving meal. TO BE RELEASED NOVEMBER 16TH
