Southpaw Red Wine Glazed Nuts Recipe

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp Old York Cellars Southpaw Red Wine
  • 1 lb Nuts of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (optional if you are using salted nuts)
  • Powdered Sugar for dusting the nuts

Preheat your oven to 350 F

Use a non-stick cookie sheet or parchment paper on a cookie sheet

In a large mixing bowl, beat your egg white. Beat egg white until it bcomes foam like.

Stir in the Old York Cellars Southpaw Red Wine, nuts, and salt (do not add salt if you are using slated nuts.

When the nuts are well-coated, transfer them to your cookie sheet.

Make sure that you evenly spread out the nuts across the cookie sheet.

Bake the nuts for 26 to 30 minutes or until they appear done without burning. Stir the nuts every 10 to 15 minutes to make sure that they bake evenly and do not burn.

Remove from the oven, cool and serve.
