Start the recipe the day before you plan to serve. Overnight Freezing Is Required.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Old York Cellars Blueberry Wine
  • 2 Bananas, frozen
  • Blue food coloring
  • 2 cups Sweet White or Riesling
  • 15 ozs Coconut Milk, sweetened
  • 2 cups Rosé Reserve, Raspberry Blush or What Exit Blush
  • 3 cups Frozen Raspberries, Strawberries or Cherries (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Simple Syrup
Directions

The Blue Layer -

In a blender combine Old York Cellars Blueberry Wine and frozen bananas. Blend to combine.  And a few drops of blue food coloring and blend. Continue adding blue food coloring until desired color is achieved.

Freeze overnight.

Before serving, blend the blue layer in a blender.  Add to the bottom of the glasses as the first layer.

The White Layer -

Blend together Old York Cekllars Sweet White or Riesling Wine and the sweetened coconut milk until smooth. 

Freeze overnight.

Before serving, blend the white layer in a blender. Using a spoon, gently spoon the white layer onto the blue layer in the glass.

The Red Layer -

Blend together the frozen raspberries, strawberries or dark cherries, Rosé Reserve wine Raspberry Blush or What Exit Blush Wine, and the simple syrup (use up to 1/2 cup) until well combined.  If you want a brighter shade of red, add a drop of food color at a time until desired shade is reached.

Freeze overnight.

Before serving, blend the red layer in a blender. Using a spoon, gently spoon the red layer onto the white layer just a little at a time.

Be gentle when adding each layer as not to mix them in each glass.  Garnish with fresh berries (optional).
