Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Old York Cellars Sweet Peach or Peach Reserve
- 2 cups Frozen peaches, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- Strawberries & peach slices, for garnish
Directions
Add frozen peaches, sugar and a few splashes of Old York Cellars Sweet Peach or Peach Reserve Wine to food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour in most of the remaining Sweet Peach (leaving a small amount to make blending easier later) and blend until incorporated.
Quickly pour mixture into ice cube trays (stir if peaches begin to settle on the bottom of blender jar). Freeze.
Place a handful of frozen cubes in a blender. Add a splash of wine to make blending easier. Blend until slush consistency, adding a splash of wine to thin it out if needed.
Pour into wine glasses, garnish with strawberries and peach slices, add a straw (if desired), and serve immediately.
